Project
The customer required high-volume serial production of its product. A design study was therefore commissioned for a progressive die with automatic strip feeding, enabling autonomous operation while minimizing material scrap.

Notes
The proposed solution consists of a four-post guided progressive die, which manufactures the component in three stations incorporating blanking and bending operations.
The strip is guided by the die-mounted strip guides and progresses through the successive stations while maintaining accurate positional references. At the end of the process, the finished component is obtained without any additional handling or secondary operations. Software Used
