Lorenzo Guiati

After graduating as a Mechanical Technician in Carpi in 1996, I began my career working on traditional and CNC machine tools for an Engineering Company specialising in high-precision Motorsport components.

In 2001 I was put in charge of the Quality Department of a Company dealing with medium/heavy metalwork components for earthmoving machinery, tractors and agricultural equipment, achieving and maintaining a company goal: ISO 9001 VISION 2000 certification.

In the mid-2000s I had the opportunity to work again in the Quality area for a mechanical Company whose main clients were a well-known F1 car manufacturer and an equally well-known aerospace equipment manufacturer.

But it was in 2007 that I began to consolidate my career: I took over the management of the Tooling Department of a Company with around 200 employees, working with the leading international brands of earthmoving machinery, agricultural tractors, forklifts, asphalt pavers and telehandlers for medium/heavy metalwork components. Here I had the opportunity to develop and collaborate on projects for effective Equipment and to guarantee its efficiency.

Before starting my entrepreneurial activity in March 2020, I worked for just over a year in a Prototypes and Research/Development department for a Company producing towing systems for agricultural tractors.
